Surprise! These Ice Pops Get Color and Flavor From Beets

On a hot summers day, what could be better than an ice cold popsicle? A watermelon-beet detox ice pop!
Purple Power Detox Ice Pops
Yield: 24 mini popsicles or 12 large popsicles
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 4 hours
Recipe Ingredients
3 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
1 cup raw beets, peeled and cut into cubes
2 cups brewed hibiscus tea
2 teaspoons ground ginger
Raw honey, to taste
Instructions
Place the watermelon, beets, hibiscus tea, and ground ginger in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and whisk in honey, to taste.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds, place in popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4 hours. Remove popsicles from molds by running the molds under hot water for a few seconds.
