Fermented Turmeric Iced Latte Recipe

Turmeric is a bright orange root native to Southeast Asia that’s been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, as a quintessential spice in Indian cooking, and even as a natural fabric dye. New Chapter ferments its turmeric with probiotics and whole foods, which makes it easier for the body to digest. Just add a scoop to this quick and easy blended latte recipe for a spiced start to your morning.

Fermented Turmeric Iced Latte

Yield: 2 servings
Active Time: 5 minutes


2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons New Chapter Fermented Turmeric Booster Powder
1 to 3 tablespoons coconut nectar, to taste
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 ½ cups crushed ice


Add all ingredients to a blender; blend for 15 to 20 seconds. Pour into a glass to serve.
