A team of fermentation experts and organic, probiotic-rich food is what makes Farmhouse Culture what it is. It delivers gut-friendly snacks that can keep the whole family satisfied, guaranteed always organic.
The History of Farmhouse Culture
In 2005, Farmhouse Culture’s founder made her first batch of organic kraut. Kathryn Lukas, from the beginning, was a firm believer in bold but balanced recipes. She was fascinated by and connected to the process of wild fermentation.
After experiencing the benefits of the naturally occurring probiotics, Lukas wanted to share it with others. In 2008, Farmhouse Culture opened its first facility with a small team to meet the growing demand for organic and probiotic-rich foods and beverages.

The Magic Powers of Probiotics
When you hear the word bacteria, you might instantly want to avoid it. That’s what makes you sick, right? But there are bad bacteria and good, and probiotics fall in the latter. Here are related blogs on what probiotics do for your body and how to boost your intake.
Foods with Probiotics
Your gut is filled with microorganisms that help break down foods, prevent certain infections and promote healthy immune system function. Building up the probiotics in your gut through dietary sources can improve your health and well-being. Certain foods like yogurt, sauerkraut, and many more are great ways to improve gut health.
Probiotics & Their Impact on Weight Loss
While researchers have found no direct relation between probiotics and weight loss, introducing more into your system can benefit you in other ways. They can prevent yeast infections, reduce flu and cold symptoms and aid digestion.
Women & Probiotics
While probiotics are beneficial to everyone, there are certain perks women can expect to see if they increase their intake. It can help with fertility, maintain a hormone balance, and help with skin problems.
