Eden brand of aduki beans is the first time I had eaten this kind of bean before. Wow, I really like aduki beans now. Plus, I love the Eden brand. What I love about the Eden brand, there are no bad junk in them. One never has to worry about finding that nasty calcium chloride in Eden Foods canned vegetables. If you don’t bother to read labels then you won’t realize that it’s found in every other brand of canned vegetables nowadays!

I thought this would be good. My kids love sweet red beans, so I thought I would cook this with sugar to make sweet red beans. Somehow both of my kids didn’t like the consistency of this beans.
