With that said, there is no need to worry about cross-grain contamination during production, making it a safe choice for those with gluten intolerance or Celiac disease.

The nutrition behind Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Spirals

Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Spirals are made with only three ingredients: stone ground brown rice, rice bran, and water. Aside from being an ideal choice for those who are gluten-free, brown rice is also incredibly good for the body. Its rich outer layer, known as the hull, contains ample nutrients such as fiber and magnesium, making it a great health food option.

Fiber plays a big part in keeping digestion healthy and up to speed. Since it’s a plant matter that can’t be digested, it not only cleanses the intestines as it passes through, but it also helps keep the body regular. Additionally, fiber contributes to overall heart wellness and lowers cholesterol, which is beneficial since cholesterol levels can build up over time and lead to clogged arteries or cardiovascular disease.

Magnesium contributes to overall well-being! By not consuming enough people can experience cramps, headaches, nausea, and even heart attacks. Increasing the amount of magnesium in the body with foods like Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Spirals can help reduce the risk for migraines, osteoporosis, anxiety, and so much more. Thought that was all? It can also help to reduce blood pressure and improve insulin sensitivity.

Found in every serving of Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Spirals is 4 grams of protein! Acting as the building block for the body’s tissues, protein helps to build and repair skin, hair, nails, ligaments, and muscles—just to name a few! Without enough protein people can feel lethargic and tired, which is why it’s recommended for energy boosts and to obtain that full feeling.

How to cook Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta Spirals

The BEST Gluten-Free pasta

I've tried nearly every type of gluten-free pasta. Different rice pastas, rice and corn blends, quinoa... and this one is by far the best. It never gets mushy like many other gf pastas. It's also hard to accidently overcook it, unlike others. It's now the only brand I ever buy!

- Erika

I have tried other rice pasta, but this one is the best. It cooks up perfectly and tastes great.

- Ursula

Makes a great gluten free pasta. I think I like it even better than regular pasta and the hubby agrees!

- Julie

These are really good, I was impressed.

- Lori

Would never guess this is made with rice flour!

This pasta is amazing! I would never have thought a pasta made with rice flour would taste so good. Such a great option for gluten and dairy-free folks.

- Katie

Under-cooked or over-cooked, there's no in between

I wanted to love these noodles, but I found that no matter what I did they either were over-cooked and shredded in my spaghetti or were under-cooked and super chewy. Maybe it's user error, but I couldn't get them right. The directions on the bag made them too soft.

- Jessica

Rice pasta

This is a very good rice pasta. It does not get mushy when cooking.

- Virginia

Tastes like "regular" pasta!

Great for cold dishes and no one would know that it's gluten-free!

- Jennifer

Favorite pasta

I love Tinkyada pasta. Texture is spot on, flavor is mild and tasty enough to go with any sauce, and it's versatile. I make my own wheat pasta (we are not a GF family), but for mac and cheese nights or a fast dinner, I always reach for Tinkyada!

- Bonnie

Brown rice pasta spirals

I love this product and love that I can get it from Thrive market at a great price!

- Nancy

The best

This is the best gf pasta I have found and I have tried quite a few. For me, texture is the biggest thing and these spirals nail it.

- Katherine

The best I've tried

This brand of Gluten Free pasta is the best I've found. I've tried many brands that taste like paste but this is very good. My husband even likes it and he is not gluten free.

- Rosemary

Pasta Perfection

This pasta tastes great and the texture is perfect! My husband's biggest complaint about gluten free pasta is the texture and this one passed his test even when eating leftovers!

- Eve

Another Great Noodle

When not using their spaghetti noodles, I use these. I love these spiral noodles in soups or as an alternative to spaghetti noodles with a meat sauce. Also, this is a better value if one doesn't mind the shape. You get 16 oz vs 12 oz for the same price.

- Eunora

Better taste than gluten based pastas

- Abby

Best brown rice pasta i have ever had!

- Jacki

Excellent Product

I used these in both hot dishes and a cold pasta salad. I followed the directions on the bag to cook them and they came out perfect. My picky hubby never noticed that they weren't "regular" noodles.

- Rona

Best Brown Rice Pasta EVER!!!

This pasta cooks up so well. Great flavor and not mushy. Even reheats well!

- Jamie

I am very happy with this as an organic, gluten free pasta. Just make sure you follow label directions and rinse well before serving.

- Cheryl

Favorite Rice Pasta

I always look for the Pasta Joy. Tried a lot of others and found I enjoy this brand the best. When served without others Knowing I use a brown rice pasta everyone loves it or just does not know it was a sub for wheat. Looking for a healthier pasta. Try this brand.

- Dominic

Best gluten-free pasta brand

Tinkyada is the best-tasting gluten-free pasta brand that I've found. No matter what shape the pasta is, it cooks to the correct consistency and has a great flavor.

- CPicou

Great texture!

I like gluten-free pastas because they don't sit as heavy in my stomach and seem easier to digest than wheat pastas. It is hard to find a GF pasta that has a nice texture though. This one is perfect! I paired it with one of Thrive Markt's new tomato sauces. Yum! Can't wait to devour the leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

- Jane

Best GF Pasta!

While I don't have Celiac Disease, I definitely notice a difference in my ADD and impulse management when I cut back on my Gluten intake. Cutting bread and cereal was easy but Pasta was the real battle.

I tried a few brands of rice pasta, and found most of them to either be way too "al dente", or would have no flavor at all, so I'd have to drown them in marinara. This pasta is phenomenal! It's the first GF pasta I've been able to eat with just a little Parmesan and olive oil. It doesn't keep well in the fridge (it gets kind of hard) but I cook for one, so I just make a serving at a time. Finally, my pasta habit can resume!

- Josephine Howard

Tastes like the real thing

You really can't tell the difference between these noodles and regular wheat flour noodles. My whole family eats them and I am the only one that needs gluten free foods.

The price is a little higher, but it's worth the cost to ensure I have a safe meal!

- Anne Copp

No mush

These are great and they don't get mushy. They taste like any other great noodles you eat, so they are a great option for people going gluten free.

I have been trying to cut back on rice due to the arsenic content. That means I am cutting out a lot of pasta, unless it somehow manages to be an organic gluten free grain.

When I do need to have it, this is one of my first choices.

- LaShanda

Ideal for gluten free diet

My wife is on a gluten free diet, so everyone in the family has joined in. It's challenging sometimes to find tasty gluten free products, but Tinkyada is definitely one of them.

We used to eat wheat pasta, and you can't tell the difference at all when eating these spirals. And they cook up without getting mushy or grainy, which is always a problem with wheat based pasta. Great with meat sauce or as a casserole.

- Adrian Helton

Perfect substitute for wheat pasta

Ok, so I bought this in order to get off wheat pasta, which I found I wasn't digesting as well as I needed. This is made solely from organic brown rice, so it's wheat free and gluten free.

The package says that it will cook 'al dente,' which is a fancy word for 'not mushy,' and if you follow the instructions, you will get perfect spirals every time. I use it a lot with simple organic tomato sauce or as my main ingredient in a pasta salad. It tastes as good if not better than wheat pasta, without all the gluten that was making my stomach beg for mercy.

- Alice Hernandez

Great GF Option

This is a surprisingly amazing pasta. I've had a lot of gluten-free pastas that just taste terrible, but this one does a good job of tasting like regular pasta. In fact, when we have it in meals, my son and daughter, who don't have to be careful about gluten, are just as happy eating it as they used to be eating our wheat pasta. I love that I only have to make one version of the same meal.

My only complaint is that it doesn't reheat well. I tried it once, and I wasn't impressed. I just now avoid making any leftovers.

- Emily A.

Normally Good Pasta

Although I've tried Pasta Joy brand before, I was a little disappointed this time. I may have found the single bag that was missing the "non-mushy" ingredient! LOL

Typically, Pasta Joy is mush-free. It cooks to a slight al dente texture and tastes amazing. This particular bag of spiral pasta wasn't as great as the other times I've purchased it. I will definitely purchase again.

I love my Thrive Market membership. I can purchase this pasta and so much more at considerable less than retail.

- M Townsend

Best brown pasta out there

I was looking for a brown pasta to have, due to the fact that I personally prefer to eat organic over anything else. I tried this, and man does it taste good. I love how you can put whatever toppings you want on it. Plus, it cooks within minutes so you don't have to spend a ton of time making this.
